I draw inspiration from both nature and geometry for design tasks at hand. I use a process of refinement to achieve the look and feel a client wants. Personally I prefer a dash of chaos thrown into the mix.
I use various applications for various tasks. At the time of writing I use Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator and Gimp for 2D work.
In the 3D department I mostly use Blender but in commercial settings I have used Softimage, 3D Studio Max and Maya for modeling, rigging and animation. For high resolution detailing and sculpting I use ZBrush.
I create templates that validate as valid (X)HTML Strict or Transitional. Upon a client’s request I will spend additional time to make these templates WCAG compliant.
For the final step I test my work in Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer 7+, Safari and Opera for cross-browser compatibility. I’ve decided to follow the international trend to no longer support Internet Explorer 6 unless the client specifically requests it.
